TBr session guided by Jacqueline Keita: 60 to 90 min

Hormonal and balancing yoga session guided by Didier Belloc: 60 min

Transformational Breath (TBr): Do you wish to feel your full power? Develop your full potential? Increase your confidence and self-love? A TBr session can help you progress towards your goals. It brings more oxygenation to the body and helps detoxification. You will get more energetic, increase your immunity, feel more joyful and empowered.

Yin yoga: A meditative yoga which stretches and stimulates the connective tissues of the body. It complements yang forms of yoga which stimulates the muscles. It activates the energy in our subtle body, increases our flexibility and regenerates our joints. It induces deep relaxation and serenity.

Hormonal and balancing yoga: Discover inner peace, calm mentality and emotional balance! Hormonal and balancing yoga harmonises the endocrine system and the whole body. You will improve the general posture and your mobility and boost your energy, vitality and immune system.

Pick up in Puerto Jimenez on May 15, 9:30 am

Drop off in Puerto Jimenez on May 20, 8:30 am
